My name is Sylvain Bruni, and I’m running for Johnson City Commissioner because the price residents are paying is not right. 

Housing costs are climbing. Groceries, childcare, and healthcare are harder to afford. Neighborhoods are being asked to absorb the impacts of development without seeing the benefits. And when the City Commission makes mistakes, taxpayers are left with the bill.

This is about affordability, fairness, and responsibility, not partisanship or old school politics.

I’m running to make Johnson City affordable again, to protect our neighborhoods, and to rebuild trust in local government, so the price we pay to live here matches the value we deserve.
